Payment Issues & Troubleshooting

When am I charged? Payment is deducted at the time you place your order. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after the transaction is successful.

Why was my payment declined? If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Card Details: Ensure your card number, expiration date, and CVV code are correct.

  • Billing Address: Make sure the billing address entered matches the address on file with your bank.

  • Bank Restrictions: Some banks block international transactions for security reasons. Please contact your bank to authorize the purchase.

Do you charge hidden fees? KPTOWN does not charge any hidden payment fees. The total amount you see at checkout is what you will pay. However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their specific country (refer to our Shipping Policy for details).
